entered into by the Port Trust, and no matter or thing done by any commissioner or by any other person whomsoever acting under the direction of the Port

Trust shall if the matter or thing was done or the Contract was entered into bona fide for the purpose of executing this Ordinance, subject them or any of them personally to any action, liability, claim or

demand whatsoever.

17.(a) The salary, leave and allowances of the Chairman and the person appointed to act in his place under subsection (6) of section 6 and the fees and expenses if any payable to other commissioners shall be at

such rates as the Governor in Council may from time to

determine.
